Introducing the Vega-8 for fast and effective DTF applications

The Magic Transfer Company (GB) Limited is introducing its most powerful nine colour direct to film (DTF) printer – the DTF Magic Vega-8. The solution is designed and engineered for industrial transfer production on a scale never seen before from a single printer.

The innovative printer features eight Epson i3200-A1 high speed printheads, supports five and nine colours, with the option to go up to 13 colours. It offers up to 80 cm print width and output print speeds six pass, nine colour, at over 40 metres an hour.

The printer, with its innovative finishing unit, offers the next generation of production DTF printing with demand and interest growing due to the considerable cost savings achieved in both labour and overall running costs, helping to dramatically reduce the cost per transfer. At the same time it produces the highest quality and consistency of transfers.

Featuring a dual rail system and magnetic drive to ensure smooth stability, no belts, no drag, just high speed production. Includes the latest neoStampa RIP for the ultimate in colour management.

The production configuration combines the ultimate in DTF transfer finishing with its dual oven (up to 80 cm) and built-in purifiers to ensure perfect curing for all transfers in any environment.

Supplied with the GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified low sediment inks, this new solution creates a higher standard for DTF printing and sets a new benchmark in terms of quality and consistency of production.
