XpertJet 1682UR now available with newly introduced US81 inks

The new XpertJet1682UR, a 64” high performance UV-LED roll to roll printer, powered by Mutoh’s latest US81 UV-LED inks, is designed for versatility, productivity, and sustainability.

The XpertJet 1682UR delivers print speeds up to 27.3 m² per hour (with two times CMYK), set up and image quality up to 1440 x 1440 dpi, combined with advanced multi-layer printing options. Users can create five layer prints that display different visuals front to back, or four layer prints for striking frontlit/backlit combinations. Transparent and coloured substrates, as well as non white materials, can be enhanced with spot varnish effects for eye catching finishes.

Key highlights include dual 1440 nozzle heads, dual 4” UV-LED lamps, single pass five layer printing without media pullback, and a full range of automated calibrations.

The XpertJet 1682UR is ideally suited for a wide array of applications such as in-store promotions, wall décor, point of purchase and retail displays, floor and window graphics, fine art prints, and exhibition signage. With Greenguard Gold certified US81 inks, it also ensures environmentally responsible production for indoor environments with strict VOC requirements.
