XJet has announced its collaboration with eqops, a UK based engineering consultancy specialising in additive manufacturing and advanced manufacturing technologies, which will see eqops represent XJet as its sales and support partner across the UK and Ireland. The move reinforces XJet’s growing presence in the UK and Ireland – markets recognised for their concentration of high performance industries and appetite for next generation manufacturing solutions.

The collaboration combines XJet NanoParticle Jetting technology with eqops’ deep additive manufacturing expertise and established operational infrastructure across the UK and Ireland. Together, the companies will support manufacturers through the full lifecycle of technology adoption: from system selection and installation through to process optimisation, compliance, and long term production performance; helping them produce high precision metal and technical ceramic components with exceptional surface quality, fine feature resolution, and complex geometries.

eqops is led by Alwyn Pryse, Mark Caseley, and Liam Matthews, whose combined experience spans additive manufacturing, semiconductor service operations, CNC machining, technical service leadership, ISO consultancy, and health and safety implementation. The team has extensive experience supporting additive manufacturing operations across multiple high performance industries, including aerospace, defence, medical devices, energy, and electronics. This experience includes system installation, lifecycle management, process optimisation, and supporting the operational realities of deploying advanced manufacturing technologies into production environments.

This experience positions eqops as an ideal partner for XJet, making the next step a natural evolution of the team's vision – identifying the next digital manufacturing solution purpose built for serial production of high value, complex components that can move seamlessly from development into full production, without sacrificing the geometric freedom, precision, or quality that advanced industries require.

‘Partnering with XJet is a major milestone in eqops’ mission to equip UK and Irish industry with world class additive manufacturing technologies. XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting technology is genuinely unique; and the part quality and process simplicity delivered is a compelling proposition for the high performance sectors we support. We are excited to leverage our operational, engineering, and compliance expertise to help UK and Irish manufacturers unlock its full potential,’ stated Alwyn Pryse, head of business development at eqops.

This collaboration comes as part of XJet's broader international growth strategy, with a clear focus on key industrial regions where advanced manufacturing is not just established, but evolving and reaching higher levels of precision, quality, scalability, and production readiness. The UK and Ireland are long standing centres of high precision and high complexity manufacturing across aerospace, defence, medical devices, energy and electronics – sectors where the demand for tighter tolerances, geometric complexity, and production grade quality continues to intensify. As manufacturers across these industries seek to move beyond the limitations of conventional manufacturing, XJet’s NanoParticle Jetting technology is uniquely positioned to meet these requirements.

‘The UK and Ireland represent important and growing markets for XJet, and finding the right partner to represent our technology in those markets has been a priority. In eqops, we have found exactly that. Its combination of technical knowledge, hands on additive manufacturing experience across hundreds of systems, and structured approach to customer support – spanning installation, optimisation, compliance, and long term service – is precisely what our customers in the region need to succeed with NanoParticle Jetting. We are confident that eqops will be outstanding ambassadors for XJet, and we are very pleased to welcome the company as our partner for the UK and Ireland,’ said Gilad Gans, chief business officer of XJet.
