Xanté has announced the release of its largest UV flatbed printer to date. The X-121 sets a new standard for direct t -substrate printing.

Building on the success of the company’s X-98, the all new X-121 delivers unmatched output capacity and creative flexibility. Its expansive bed dramatically boosts throughput while slashing turnaround times. Despite its impressive size, this engineered, smart, compact design fits through any standard doorway – making installation possible, even in tightest of workspaces.
At the core of the X-121 are dual or quad Epson i3200 four channel printheads (CMYK) and (WWWW), delivering rich, vibrant colour and precise detail on virtually any substrate – including wood, glass, stone, metal, acrylic, vinyl, coroplast, paper, and more. With a three inch maximum printhead height, it easily accommodates thicker media types.
Alongside the X-121, is the release of iQueue 17, Xanté’s most advanced version of iQueue yet. This powerful upgrade puts unmatched control in the hands of operators, offering streamlined management of print quality, layout, spot colour matching, ADA compliant Braille, white ink effects like frosting, multi-panel designing, and real time job costing.
‘The X-121 is more than an upgrade, it is a declaration,’ said Robert C Ross Jr, president and CEO of Xanté. ‘It is built for shops that are serious about growth. We have combined the size, speed, and quality our customers demand.’

Key features of Xanté X-121 include:
A 110V operation with powerful dual 220V vacuum pumps for stable, secure media placement during printing.
Multi-purpose jig included for seamless printing on golf balls, baseballs, pop sockets, and more.
Xanté UV Unlimited Technology for printing on curved and cylindrical surfaces, like cups, mugs, and bottles – that hold up through countless dishwasher cycles.
Optional roll fed attachment with multi-use cutter for precision cutting of roll media such as vinyl, paper, and more.
The Xanté X-121 will be showcased live at Printing United Expo and it is available now.
