SPI, Messe Essen: keynote speakers are to present ground breaking advancements in screen printing for electronics, security printing, and green energy solutions at the SPI Innovation Theatre, 3 to 5 June 2025 at Messe Essen, Germany.
Organised by ESMA, the European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association, Screen Print Innovations (SPI) stands as a leading global event dedicated to screen printing. Unlike other trade shows where screen printing is a secondary focus, SPI is exclusively for screen printing professionals. This event brings together industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to showcase cutting edge advancements, showcasing the vast applications in the field from electronics and security printing to sustainable energy solutions.
Sebastian Gepp, head of development of printed electronics at Kundisch, will discuss how screen printing enables transparent conductive patterns essential for next generation 5G and 6G antennas. His session will highlight how this technology enhances connectivity and supports future telecommunications advancements.
Jan Rother, managing director of FM Siebdruck Werbung Design GmbH, will explore the ScreenX raster process. This innovative technique integrates logos, characters, and symbols into raster dots, making security printing more tamper resistant and difficult to replicate, benefiting security critical applications.
Dr Eric Klemp, head of fuel cell and additive manufacturing at Whitecell Eisenhuth, will discuss how screen printing accelerates the production of fuel cells and electrolysers. His session will focus on its role in manufacturing bipolar plates with high conductivity and low permeability, advancing sustainable energy solutions.
The ground breaking advancements presented by these keynote speakers at the SPI Innovation Theatre highlight the transformative potential of screen printing across multiple industries. Industry professionals, researchers, and innovators are encouraged to attend these sessions to gain valuable insights into the latest technological trends.
Registration is free for all visitors.
