Roland DG to showcase its solutions at FESPA Global Print Expo

Roland DG has confirmed its participation at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, taking place from 6 to 9 May 2025 at Messe Berlin. Visitors to hall 3.2, booth A30 will have the opportunity to experience first hand the company’s latest innovations in digital printing, including live demonstrations of technologies that promise to transform productivity, quality, and versatility for businesses of all sizes.

The company will present a wide range of advanced printing solutions designed to support a variety of industries. The TrueVis series will feature the newly launched XP-640 eco solvent printer, VG3-640 eco solvent printer/cutter, and LG-640 UV printer cutter, known for their ability to produce stunning prints with exceptional colour accuracy, precision, and speed. These versatile machines are ideal for applications in signage, vehicle graphics, and other large format print jobs, providing both high performance and reliability.

Roland DG will also showcase the latest in its VersaObject range, including the MO-180, the LO-640, and the EU-1000MFUV flatbed printers. The MO-180, the most compact of the series, is a versatile direct to object UV printer, making it the ideal solution for creating custom products and promotional items. The new LO Series is the perfect solution for customising boards or objects up to 242 mm in height and even irregular 3D objects, meanwhile the EU-1000MF, a high resolution flatbed printer, which delivers fast, high quality prints on a variety of media is perfect for industrial applications.

For businesses in the textile and apparel sector, Roland DG will highlight the newly launched TY-300 direct to film (DTF) printer. This innovative solution delivers vibrant, high quality prints with fast production speeds, making it ideal for custom garment printing. Engineered with True Rich Color 3 settings and Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certified S-PG2 inks, the TY-300 offers a cost effective solution that supports businesses looking to grow in the custom apparel market.

Also featured will be solutions from the VersaStudiOrange, designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The compact BN2-20 printer/cutter and the BD-8 UV flatbed printer are both ideal for creating personalised products quickly and affordably, offering outstanding print quality in a space efficient format. Visitors can experience these machines first hand, with the opportunity to create personalised golf balls, bottle openers and stickers on-stand, in collaboration with Antigro Designer.

In addition, the Dimensor-S, a textured printing solution, will be showcased, combining digital colour printing with dimensional embossing for stunning results in interior décor. Visitors can experience a live demonstration of this technology on-stand. Roland DG’s Dimense ambassador, Giovanni Re, will be offering paintable wallpaper demonstrations, enabling visitors to discover how the technology allows for the creation of stunning 3D textured wallcoverings ready to be hand painted and how easy it is to turn walls into artistic canvases.
